Commercial Roofing preventative maintenance

A team of our highly trained Lead Service Technicians will walk every foot of a building and produce a detailed Inspection Report with photographs of the status of the roofing system documenting defects, points of deterioration, and compromised roof accessories as well as areas in need of repair. Our PMI clients then receive “good/better/best” options for issue mitigation with our professional recommendations developed specifically to achieve their goals for the building and meet their operation’s needs.

An extension of our Preventative Maintenance Inspections, our Service Department removes debris from the roof, clears drains for proper water flow, applies seal coatings on material terminations and pipes as needed, and in general, repairs all documented roof-surface defects, water-entry points, and damage discovered during the Inspection.

When a roof is suddenly damaged by an unforeseen disaster, time is critical. Clients with sensitive computers, machinery, or 24/7 operations such as hospitals, rely on Central Roofing Company to provide an immediate response to roof damage and water infiltration. We provide turnkey roofing disaster response services in order to restore operations quickly, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, ultimately reducing interruptions and restoring building security.
